This position will be with Aegon AssetManagement (AAM) US. Responsibilities:


Coordinate phone and in-person interview schedules, working closely with Recruiter, hiring managers and interviewers, and both internal and external candidates.
Initiate and maintain communication with candidates during the scheduling, interviewing, application and hiring process
Make travel arrangements including airfare, hotel and transportation; often within tight scheduling deadlines.
Posts requisitions to internal and external sites and manages subsequent administration as appropriate
Ensure candidates have received and completed pre-employment documents.
Input, track, and run reports. Provide and update various confidential reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Reports may include headcount, recruiting activity, expense reports, etc.
Responsible for data management and integrity throughout the scheduling and assessment process including input of relevant data into Applicant Tracking System
Train on managing adopted technologies (Workday, HRIS).
Trains in processing various applications, employment, enrollment, pay change, informational and other confidential forms and records. Includes offer letters, new hire paperwork, regret letters and separation documents and payments.
Assist in scheduling exit interviews, completing exit paperwork, performing administration of exit surveys, and notifying appropriate parties of an exit.

Qualifications:

Must currently be enrolled in an accredited university with a junior or senior standing, majoring in Human Resource or Communications, or related area of study.
Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication
