Full-time Program Specialist II

Position objective: The Program Specialist II will perform specialized product management and/or administrative tasks for the Senior Director and team.

Typical work-related activities include:
Coordinate communications, arrange meetings, and coordinate schedules
Prepare, compile, and maintain data for specialized product summary reports
Review and reconcile vendor invoices for accuracy and route to designated staff for approval
Maintain a record of all product-related expenses to assist with budget planning and review
Proofread materials for accuracy
Assist team by maintaining test form schedules, test form tracking spreadsheets, inventory spreadsheets, print specification forms, and other spreadsheets containing P&D information
Assist team with the submission of Oracle Item Creation request forms (including new, updated, and historical items)
Complete purchase requisitions, Warehouse Release Forms, Logistics Project Forms, and other forms as needed
Maintain the Product Operations Management SharePoint site so that it is a central resource for all ACT product-related materials, processes, and other information
Maintain product files, including current projects, historical data, and sample publication notebooks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
High School diploma required
Associate degree preferred
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of three years of related experience that includes MS Word and Excel
Experience working in a team environment
Experience in educational testing industry preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to collect and analyze data
Solid organization skills, ability to prioritize work and determine logical solutions to basic problems required
Good math skills and ability to compute multiple-step problems
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and maintain high level of confidentiality
Ability to change tasks frequently and perform a diverse set of tasks
Excellent proofreading skills with strong understanding of English language, grammar, and spelling required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing, and ability to communicate with team members across the organization as well as external customers
Strong attention to detail required
Ability to understand and follow complex written and oral instructions required
Ability to use, work with, and apply technical terms and jargon appropriately
Demonstrated collaboration skills
Ability to work in a highly cross-functional organization

REPORTS TO:
Senior Director, Product Operations Management

COMPENSATION:
Starting salary commensurate with qualifications. Excellent benefits and work environment.

Completion of the ACT National Career Readiness Certificate is recommended.
