Full-time Business Process Writer

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Assist team members through new process document creation and updates to existing documentation.
Drive accuracy and consistency in approach to documentation aligning with quality business documentation standards.
Identify issues in existing processes and procedures ensuring clarity and consistency in all levels of business documentation.
The Business Process Writer will create new process documentation, and updates to existing processes.
Daily activities for the Process Writer include organizing, scheduling, and facilitating meetings to create and update business process documents in Microsoft Visio and Word.
The ideal candidate must be articulate, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and self-managed to meet tight deadlines.
Strong written communication skills, the willingness to ask questions when encountering challenging situations, and personal initiative
Experience and Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in business documentation or technical writing.
Minimum 1 year Visio experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree highly desired
Experience working virtually with colleagues
SharePoint experience
WebEx experience
