Position Overview
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for strategic management, operational oversite and the primary interface for managing the client relationship to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and maximization of existing account revenue. Will work cross-functionally to support sales efforts, assist with business analysis and specifications, and is responsible for driving new opportunities within new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage and grow complex client relationships.
Manage client relationships from quoting a project until the end of the relationship with the goal of building entrenched partnerships.
Leads the planning, identification and implementation of client technology initiatives to ensure a robust and effective experience by serving as the interface between business development and service delivery.
Drive business results through the understanding of client needs and the development and oversight of strategic account planning and management.
Plans, designs, and executes client account plans with the primary objective of strategic account management resulting in revenue generation.
Collaborate with key functional areas to ensure the integration of new products and solutions and execution of strategies that support the account management goals.
Accountable for accomplishing new and different ways to amplify CCR’s solutions; continuously exploring opportunities to add value and grow the client relationship.
Serve as subject matter expert for colocation clients by successfully explaining technology.
Display a positive and professional image to all constituents; apply cultural standards to all interactions both internally and externally.
Help develop and maintain client account profiles with accurate and current information.
Identify key decision makers at various levels within the client organization by understanding the client’s business and revenue streams.
Maintain understanding of current and potential client agreements (MSA, SOW, etc.).
Help Business Development meet and exceed company goals for revenue and gross profit through up-selling and cross-selling and expanding of current client base.
Communicate price or scope changes as they arise.
Manage client relationships with Project Manager(s) during the project implementation process.
Collaborates with Project Manager to review scope and progress of implementation to ensure client specific requirements are met within specific deadlines and cost constraints.
Provide regular internal communications pertaining to client engagement, growth opportunities or industry initiatives.
Ensure all CCR’s relationships and interactions create and sustain high levels of Client Engagement.
Responsible for regular financial review of key client accounts to review profitability, and make recommendations to Colocation Manager and Director of Business Development for improving profitability.
Other duties assigned by Colocation Manager.

Advanced in utilizing all versions of MS Office Suite.
Understand and apply practical knowledge of CCR systems, processes and procedures.
Able to work in fast paced environment and adapts to change quickly.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects and business partners, sales, customer support and development.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Assist with tradeshows as necessary.
Confident and adaptable personality is necessary to relate to diverse customer base.
Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and proof of insurance.
Travel is required.
