Job Description Summary
Handles a wide variety of audit processes related to the transition of new client business to Transamerica. Provides support in the areas of audit analysis, audit corrections, audit efficiencies, report development and special projects. Communicates with Client Transition Services (CTS) staff to understand needs and provide effective consultation, error avoidance and appropriate procedures.

Responsibilities
Provide quality support to CTS by running and analyzing internal new case audits, including but not limited to balances, allocations, default analysis, defined benefit retiree payments, etc.
Update quality tracking spreadsheets for reporting.
Assist team with takeover loan analysis.
Attend internal focused meetings for new case conversion strategies. QDIA/Auto enroll and rehire tacking.
Run monthly report for sales team, including conversion summary stats.
Support special projects, such as providing technical direction and running ad hoc reports in AQT.
Identify trends related to conversion strategies that may require additional oversight and changes to audit processes.
Assist QA with updating materials on SharePoint.
Assist in training new employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with or ability to learn tables, MS Access, SharePoint, Plan Sponsor and Participant websites.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to perform internal auditing procedures.
Written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information and analysis results.
Organizational and time-management skills to work on multiple assignments through to completion.
Ability to work independently.
PC proficiency (MS Word, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of pension products.
Pension plan and data conversion experience.
Experience using Informatica software.
Working Conditions
Office environment.
Job and compensation levels depend upon an applicant’s qualifications including the extent of his/her relevant experience and other job related factors and will be determined by hiring supervisors/managers and HR.
