Part-time NOC / Call Center - Customer / Guest Support Tech I

at Ovation Networks Inc in Cedar Rapids, IA

Type: Part Time / Full Time
Shift: Variable

We are looking for motivated team players to become part of a growing company. company. We provide three tiers of 24x7 Technical Support ranging from End-User Support, Installation Support, and Network Support. Candidates are required to have troubleshooting skills in Network Connectivity, both Wired & Wireless. Must also possess a good understanding of the most popular operating systems / devices / applications; Some examples include, but are not limited to:

Windows (7/8/10)
Apple Mac or iOS (iPhones, iPods, iPads, Mac Books)
Android (phones / tablets)
Email clients (Outlook, Windows Mail)
Browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge & Internet Explorer)
Gaming systems (Playstation, Xbox)

Minumum 1 year of customer service experience is also desired. Ability to multi-task is needed.
This is a Tier 1 position which includes, but is not limited to, end-user support. A+, Net+, or other certifications are a plus but not required. Internal advancement is encouraged. We offer very flexible schedules and a dynamic work environment. Required skills: Reliable, Trustworthy, Team-Oriented, and Ethical.  Salary based on experience.
